Gerakan endorses Teng as candidate against Kit Siang in GE14

KUALA LUMPUR: Gerakan has given the green light to its Penang chairman Teng Chang Yeow (pic) to contest against DAP veteran leader Lim Kit Siang in the upcoming 14th general election.

Its president Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong said although he had announced last year that Teng should give way to younger leaders in GE14, the scenario had changed since Kit Siang threw a challenge at Teng.
