SHAH ALAM: A bus driver was sentenced to four days’ jail and fined RM2,500 by the magistrate’s court here for stealing a wristwatch belonging to an official of the Malaysian women’s football team.
Magistrate Siti Shakirah Mohtarudin handed down the sentence on Muhammad Izwan Ayub, 27, who pleaded guilty to the charge, to be served from the date of his arrest on Aug 17.
