Foreigner trapped on balcony rescued by firemen

SHAH ALAM: A foreigner was found trapped on a balcony of a vacant shop-house here, prompting fire fighters to rush to his rescue.

The man is believed to have been kidnapped and had his car stolen when he was found handcuffed on the ledge of a TTDI Jaya shop-house at around 6.30am on Wednesday.
