PETALING JAYA: It was just yesterday that Amiel Asyraf Abdul Rashid penned a letter to his parents telling them how much he loved them.

This morning, the 11-year-old was dead, along with 20 of his friends and two teachers after a fire broke out at about 5am at their religious school in Jalan Datuk Keramat in Kuala Lumpur.
