DAP youth chief lauds voting age of 18 proposal, calls for auto voter registration

PETALING JAYA: DAP Socialist Youth (Dapsy) chairman Wong Kah Woh lauds the Prime Minister's proposal of lowering the voting age from 21 to 18, and calls for an automatic registration of voters.

"The Pakatan Harapan Federal Government should also take another step forward by implementing an automatic voter registration system for voters who have reached voting age," said Wong in a statement on Friday (June 22).
