Locked toilet at new MRT station

I MARVEL at our public transportation like KTM commuter trains, the LRTs and now the newly launched MRT, which is world-class. When I ride on these different trains, I enjoy the 50% concession rates offered to senior citizens like myself.

Unfortunately, what I saw at the Sungai Buloh MRT station when I went to the washroom has put a dampener on this. It was closed, with a sign stating a fee for using this public amenity. That doesn’t matter, we can always pay, but the door was locked. Perhaps they’re looking for someone to “jaga” the toilets and collect the fee?
