Coach Seu Bock demands consistency after Uber Cup exit

Hoping for more: Goh Jin Wei’s (right) performances in the Uber Cup Finals has come under head coach Datuk Tey Seu Bock’s microscope for inconsistencies.

OVERALL, the women’s singles shuttlers gave rousing performances at the Uber Cup Finals but it was not good enough for head coach Datuk Tey Seu Bock.

Yesterday, Seu Bock rested Soniia Cheah and fielded Goh Jin Wei, Lee Ying Ying and S. Kisona in a tie against France and all three delivered the points en route to Malaysia’s 5-0 win.
