PETALING JAYA: Pahang skipper Matthew Davies (pic) has downplayed the Elephants’ title favourites tag despite a fine start in the Super League.
The east coast side kept up the heat on leaders Kedah with a 3-1 win over Malacca at the Hang Jebat Stadium on Saturday to stay second in the 12-team league with 13 points. They are just one point behind Kedah after four wins, a draw and a defeat in six matches.
