PUTRAJAYA: World No.3 Thomas Bruins easily retained the men’s elite crown at the Powerman Duathlon Championships.

The 28-year-old Dutchman was in a class of his own, clocking 2’33:57 to win the 80km race – consisting of a 10km run, 60km of cycling and another 10km run – by more than four minutes.
