Tennis: Italy's Sonego downs Kecmanovic to win Antalya Open

(Reuters) - Italy's Lorenzo Sonego won his first career ATP singles title at the Antalya Open in Turkey on Saturday, saving a championship point before roaring back to beat Serbia's Miomir Kecmanovic 6-7(5) 7-6(5) 6-1.

Sonego, whose semi-final against Pablo Carreno Busta was suspended due to rain on Friday, returned to the court on Saturday morning to defeat the Spaniard before surviving an early onslaught by the 19-year-old Kecmanovic.
